Your Right to Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. We respect your right to control your information.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data including your name, email, saved tickets, generated picks, logged results, and email preferences.

What We May Retain

We retain limited records where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, such as anonymized transaction records. Retained records do not contain personal data beyond what is legally required.

How to Delete Your Account

• From the app: go to Settings and use the "Delete Account" option, or
• Email support@poweraipicks.app from your registered email with the subject "Delete My Account."

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

Before You Delete

Credit packages are one-time purchases with no recurring billing, so there is nothing to cancel before deletion. Any remaining credits in your account will be removed when your account is deleted.
