2. Entertainment and Decision-Support Only

PowerAI Picks uses historical-pattern analysis and AI ranking to generate number combinations for entertainment and decision-support purposes only. Lottery drawings are random events. No system, including this Service, can guarantee winning numbers or materially change the official odds of any lottery game. You acknowledge that any numbers generated are suggestions and not predictions of future draw results.

3. Legal Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including any age or location restrictions on lottery participation.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. New members receive a one-time signup bonus of 3 credits. One generation produces the Top 3 picks and costs one credit.

5. Credits and Purchases

Credit packages are one-time purchases that never expire. All purchases are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Responsible Play

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with PowerAI Picks are the property of Agentive Systems LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Service content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any generated numbers will result in a prize.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agentive Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses related to lottery ticket purchases.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
