- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We store transaction records (amount, product, status) for accounting and support.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide the Service (generating picks, tracking results, managing credits and subscriptions), to send emails you have opted into, to analyze and improve the Service, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
3. Email Provider Disclosure
We use a third-party email provider (Resend) to deliver transactional and marketing emails. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for the purpose of sending emails you have requested. You can opt out at any time (see below).
4. Payment Provider Disclosure
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of successful payments and limited transaction metadata, but we do not see or store your full card details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers described above (Stripe, our email provider), as required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Account and Data Deletion page for instructions. We retain limited transaction records as required for accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
