Credit Packages (One-Time Purchases)
Credit packages are one-time purchases. Because credits are consumed upon use and are immediately available in your account, credit purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed. If you experience a technical failure where credits were not delivered after a successful charge, contact us at support@poweraipicks.app with your transaction details and we will investigate and, where appropriate, grant the missing credits or issue a refund.
How to Cancel
Credit packages are one-time purchases — there is no recurring billing to cancel. If you do not wish to purchase additional credits, simply do not initiate a new checkout.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, email support@poweraipicks.app within 14 days of the charge with your transaction details. We review each request individually. Where a refund is issued, any credits granted by the purchase will be reversed.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
